These Flash projects are the result of many hours of study. I got my real start/interest in Flash from a class that I took at Oral Roberts University. A professor their challenged me to "imitate" the masters, to look for the best Flash sites out there and try my best to copy or be "inspired" by them. In my many attempts to do that I have produced many files, some of which are here. These are nothing really special but they do represent my attempts at creating some really cool stuff, copies of the best of the web, using the best web technology for web design - Flash.
For many of the dynamic features of this web site I have enlisted the help of PHP. Using server side code I can use conditional statements to customize a page with user defined variables. The PHP opening tag looks like this <?php and the closing tag looks like this ?>.
To see an example of a page that is responsive to how a visitor arives at the page, click on the RSS graphic at the of this page. The destination page will highlight the RSS feed related to this page. If you visit another page on this site that has a RSS feed asociated with it, just click on the RSS graphic and the related RSS feed will be indicated when you arive at the RSS explination page.
Try these links: index.xml, flash.xml, words.xml, av.xml Each should lead to the same page with a different RSS feed highlighted.
